I was passing through NJ last Friday on a trip to visit my Son in Maryland. I drove past Daphne's Diner and knew I wanted to stop in for lunch. What a charming little diner. They have a great menu and wonderful hospitality! I got the French dip which was delicious, but way more food than I could eat, so great value! All the servers including Daphne herself were wonderful and extremely friendly. I am truly thankful that i got lost that afternoon and discovered this hidden Gem!
Great place for a breakfast stop. Came over couple saturdays in a row. Got there early. Friendly atmosphere. Food was great, they have a little flair to their dishes, not your typical diner. We really enjoyed it. Priscilla, the lady at the counter was awesome!
Great old school diner we found spontaneously today after exploring the Hindu Temple nearby (BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham). Great atmosphere, coffee and food! The servers were fun with lots of personality. This diner reminded me of the Bendix Diner near where we live ... but that place has closed, sadly. Glad we found Daphne's and we didn't go to some chain restaurant!
